A dimensão psicológica da regulação no trabalho: rastreamento teórico-conceitual / The psychological dimension of regulation at work: theoretical-conceptual survey

Neste artigo buscou-se apresentar o resultado de uma etapa da investigação em curso acerca do conceito de regulação, neste momento explorando-o no interior do campo da Psicologia Ergonômica e da Ergonomia da Atividade. Frente às exigências dos novos sistemas sociotécnicos presentes nos mundos do trabalho na contemporaneidade, objetiva-se contribuir para o desenvolvimento do conceito e sua melhor utilização em Psicologia do Trabalho & Organizacional. Discutiu-se a introdução do conceito de regulação na emergência de um novo paradigma de análise de trabalho, ressaltando-se a necessidade de ponderação em seu uso no campo social. Verificou-se a existência de importantes pontos de conexão entre alguns autores, envolvendo especialmente as contribuições de Faverge, Leplat, Theureau, Canguilhem e Schwartz.(AU)

This paper was intended to present the result of a research stage in progress about the concept of regulation, at this moment exploring it within the area of Ergonomic Psychology and Ergonomy of the Activity. To meet the requirements of the new socio-technical systems present in the worlds of contemporary work, it aims to contribute to the development of the concept and its best use in Work and Organizational Psychology. It was discussed the introduction of the concept of regulation in the emergence of a new paradigm of work analysis, emphasizing the need for consideration in its use in the social field. There were important points of connection between some authors, especially involving the contributions of Faverge, Leplat, Theureau, Canguilhem and Schwartz.(AU)

Formação, saúde mental e trabalho: um patrimônio e uma estratégia / Training, mental health and work: a patrimony and a strategy

Este artigo propõe-se a tratar da formação no campo da Saúde do Trabalhador, com foco nas relações entre Saúde Mental e Trabalho, buscando colaborar para o desenvolvimento da orientação clínica do trabalho. Considera-se a pertinência de um processo de formação continuada que opere efetivamente de acordo com o patrimônio da Psicologia da Atividade de Trabalho e da démarche ergológica, envolvendo diferentes tipos de atores e organizações, a partir de questões que emergem das situações de trabalho. Apresenta-se uma estratégia empreendida, privilegiando as contribuições da abordagem Psicodinâmica do Trabalho (PdT), uma vez que se trata de uma referência incontornável para a análise das relações entre o trabalho, os processos de subjetivação e a saúde mental.(AU)

Abstract This paper proposes to deal with training in the area of Worker's Health, focusing on the relationship between Mental Health and Work, seeking to collaborate in the development of the clinical orientation of work. It is considered the pertinence of a process of continuous training that operates effectively according to the patrimony of Psychology of Work Activity and the ergologic démarche, involving different types of actors and organizations, from issues that emerge from the work situations. We present an undertaken strategy, favoring the contributions of the approach Psychodynamics of Work (PdT), since it is an inexorably reference for the analysis of the relations among work, subjectivation processes and mental health.(AU)

Transtornos mentais e comportamentais relacionados ao trabalho: o que a psicologia tem a dizer e a contribuir para a saúde de quem trabalha? / Mental and behavioral disorders related work: what psychology has to say and contribute to health of people who work?

Este breve ensaio tem por objetivo colocar em discussão algumas das contribuições advindas de importantes publicações a respeito da problemática relacionada aos transtornos mentais e comportamentais e suas vinculações com o trabalho. Quanto a isso, verifica-se que a Psicologia, enquanto ciência e profissão, encontra-se diante de inúmeros desafios a superar, os quais concernem tanto à formação dos profissionais, quanto à sua atuação nos mais diversos campos.

This brief essay seeks to speak on the contributions of some important publications about issues related to mental and behavioral disorders and their linkages with the work. In this regard, it appears that psychology as a science and profession, is faced with many challenges to overcome, which concern both the training of professionals as to their performance in various fields.
